If your query is about your booking, or if you’re experiencing difficulty making a booking, email us or call 07516 823006 and we’ll try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Complaints Process
We hope that you’re pleased with any booking you’ve made or service you’ve received from Skin & Sculpt. However, if there’s something you’re not happy with, ensure you get in touch so that we can try to put matters right.
Contact us straight away
In the first instance, if you’re at our clinic, speak to a practitioner or manager, or call or email us as soon as possible. If you’re still not happy with our response, contact us using one of these options. If you call us during working hours, we’ll try to sort out your complaint while you’re on the phone. If this isn’t possible, we will try and agree a course of action with you.
