Fat Freezing, also known as Cryolipolysis, is a revolutionary non-invasive body contouring treatment that permanently destroys stubborn fat cells using precisely controlled cooling technology — with no surgery, no needles, and no downtime.
What Is Fat Freezing?
Cryolipolysis targets and eliminates fat cells by exposing them to sub-zero temperatures. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than surrounding skin, nerve, and muscle tissue — so the treatment selectively freezes and destroys only the fat cells without harming anything else. The body then naturally processes and eliminates the dead fat cells over the following weeks.
How Does It Work?
During your treatment, a specialised applicator is placed on the target area. It gently draws the tissue into the cup using mild suction and applies controlled cooling for approximately 45–60 minutes per area. You may feel an initial cold sensation and slight pressure, but the area quickly becomes numb and most clients relax, read, or even nap during the treatment.
After the applicator is removed, the treated area is briefly massaged to help break down the crystallised fat cells and enhance results.
What Results Can I Expect?
- Visible reduction: Up to 20–25% reduction in fat layer thickness in the treated area
- Natural-looking results: Gradual, smooth contouring as the body eliminates treated fat cells over 8–12 weeks
- Permanent fat cell removal: Once destroyed, fat cells cannot regenerate
- Best areas: Abdomen, flanks (love handles), inner and outer thighs, bra fat, back fat, double chin, upper arms
- No downtime: Return to normal activities immediately after treatment
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
Many clients achieve their desired result with just 1–2 sessions per area. Results begin to appear from around 3 weeks, with full results visible at 8–12 weeks. Multiple areas can be treated in the same session using additional applicators.
Please Note: Fat Freezing is a body contouring treatment — not a weight loss solution. It is best suited for clients who are close to their target weight with localised pockets of stubborn fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. A consultation is recommended to assess suitability.
